 Vehicle Description
Price Reduced! This 1960 Chevy Biscayne southern classic underwent a $65,000 ground up custom restoration. The award winning build was accomplished by paying attention to the smallest of details throughout including the body prep, paint work, interior work, the chrome work and the engine compartment. Under the hood is a freshly rebuilt 1965 409 with a mild cam that is estimated to put out over 400 horsepower. The power is distributed to the 9” posi rear end with a crisp shifting 4 speed M-21 tranny. The car sounds just plain nasty with the 30 series Flowmaster dual exhausts which are accented with sparkling chrome tips. It is sure to catch everyones eye with its Hugger Orange paint, custom hand painted flames and pinstripes that were completed in 2004. The gorgeous paint work and gleaming chrome are perfectly set off with a complete set of Eagle Alloy 17” aluminum rims. The tail lights were replaced with frenched in L.E.D. lights and the door handles were shaved and replaced with customized push buttons. The interior was designed to bring together the classic design of this car with a few modern day conveniences including 6 way power seats and a high end Pioneer sound system. It is exquisitely done in brown and cream leather that extends into the trunk where you’ll find an enclosed subwoofer and professionally mounted amplifier. With just 18,810 miles since its completion there are many miles left on the custom classic. The best part is that this Hot Rod drives better than it looks and it looks awesome!
