| Vehicle Description |
1960 Chevrolet BelAir ,Impala Wannabe, 4 Door.
I call it a Wannabe, because all the BelAir chrome holes were welded shut and
All the Impala chrome installed on it. Including the Rare Side Windows Stainless steel trim.
Tail lights were also converted to the 3 light per side like the Impala. Backup lights were also
installed and work great. These are a few things that wern't on the original.
NEW Seat belts added Front and Rear. Again, these wern't standard equipment in the 50's and early 60's,
but I Added them for Saftey sake.
This is a Beautiful recent restoration. Finished 3-09.
Has a GM 307 V8 4 barrel carb. Engine was rebuilt about 2 years ago and has
12,000 miles on it since rebuild. Runs Great. Sounds Great, Does not smoke or use oil.
NEW 350 Turbo 350 3 speed automatic transmission.
NEW Gas Tank. NEW Radiator. New Interior , including Headliner, and Seats,(New Padding in seats.)
Carpet With Padding and Door panels. Interior done in a medium blue material and vinyl combination.
Carpet is a Dark Blue.
Body was in Excellent condition prior to restoration. Just minor dings and scratches.
No rust on body at all before we started work on it.
Rear Floor boards were replaced due to usual rusting
with these year models. All Very Solid now.
Has All New 14 inch Tires, with Chevy Spoke Hubcaps. Spare tire with Original 60's bumper jack included in trunk.
Has NEW Brakes. (Manual). Has Manual Steering, but once moving, it is smoother and easier than a lot
of Power steering cars I have driven. Drives Straight and smooth down road.
NEW paint is a Really Pretty Blue Metalic, and White.
ALL windows are solid , no cracks. Windshield has a BB chip in middle, but no cracks.
It is tinted, and has a few scratches on it. I also have a Spare Clear windshield that will fit this if
you are interested .
This is a 2 foot car. Meaning that you have to get real close to find the few minor flaws in paint.
The Tail Light chrome will need to be replaced someday. But other chrome is nice and shiney.
All Gauges New and work well except Amp Gauge.
All headlights and signal lights work well.
I really hate to let this one go, but I can only drive one car at a time. And once the restoration is done,
I need to liquidate in order to have room for next one. Car is located in
Roosevelt Utah. Which is 150 miles East of Salt Lake City, Utah. International buyes welcome but will have to provide own shipping alternatives.
I have described this car to best of my ability. I make no warrenties Implied or other wise. But would Not hesitate to jump
in it and drive it to Either coast from Utah as is. It Should be dependable for another 50 + years, and will Only increase in value
as economy improves..
Payment will be accepted by, Cashiers Check,COD On Delivery , Money Order Cash, Change etc. Personal checks will be accepted but car will Only be
released After Above mentioned payments clear bank.
