This is a true RUNNING AND DRIVING SURVIVOR. It was stored in a building for over 50 yrs.---Ill report on its history on our website as I learn more. Its the best example of a survivor car I've ever had or seen and its a 67 yr. old car. The exterior still sports its factory original paint NO body rust, nor is there any floor rot. Very-Very nice chrome/stainless/cast and the bumpers are very straight and shiny. All glass is excellent w/only the vent windows showing light delamination around the edges. The interior is in fantastic condition---its unbelieveable. The back seat still has a dealer applied seat cover over the original seat--meaning the factory seat was probably never sat on. Dito for the front seat--but the plastic cover is torn --but the orig. seat material is perfect. Headliner is old but 100% as are the visors. Doorpanels are all like new w/the exception being the drivers panel and armrest. All gauges work(temp/amp/oil pressure/gas/odo/--the speedo is off of its tabs AND DOES NOT WORK). Heater, fan, horn, work and the radio hums (I guess it doesn't know the words to these new songs). The car is dark grey, sandy colored cloth interior, flat-head six cylinder, 3- spd., w/16 inch tires. All windows crank up and down like it was 1945. Running board rubber is checked but all there and solid. The head/tail lights all work. Get it painted (at our local area paint shop for less than $1,000--and that's w/base coat clear coat paint-- I've had several painted by them and they've all been very nice and they all sold w/in the next couple of weeks). I could go on and on...
