He found Schwartz Performance in Woodstock, IL., known for building extreme Pro-Touring cars, and a match was made. He then found a 1967 Camaro convertible in Arizona and the build was on. After media blasting, the original body was a mess and the decision was made to buy a new Dynacorn Body. The car would then receive new everything from glass to mini-tubs to a show quality finish. Powered by a LS-3 crate engine with ARP Rods and Z06 ECU, everything on the car would be drive by wire. The engine dynoed at 500 hp and 510 ft//Lbs. With Tremac T56 and massive 255 X 35 front tires and 335 X 30 rear tires, this baby stops on a dime with 14 Wilwood brakes, yep, 14 inchers. All this is tied to a powder coated Schwartz Performance full welded steel frame with adjustable coil overs. The interior is all fresh with Vintage Air AC and Heat, Covans gauge panel, Stewart Warner Autolite gauges (fuel, tach, speed, water temp, voltmeter, oil pressure), Sparco seats, Camlock 5/4 point 3" harness restraints, custom center console, full Dynomat hush mat interior covering, new Essex type cut pile carpet, new interior panels, and custom seat coverings.
