Up front, a fully custom front end features Mercedes headlights and a custom chrome grille that sits below a modified Saturn hood. The stock roof line was replaced by a highly modified Dodge Neon top. Naturally the doors and trim have all been shaved in favor of the clean look. Two-tone paint features PPG Chianti Red and Lamborghini Orange with simulated chrome trim airbrushed between the colors. Under the hood, a GM 502 has been warmed up with a Comp roller cam and a custom sheet metal intake. Stainless steel headers connect to a custom exhaust system utilizing Steel Specialties mufflers. The bay is smoothed and painted with all wiring hidden from plain sight. A custom intake tops off the bay. Underneath the car a fully painted and polished Art Morrison chassis features a polished TH400 controlled by a Mooneyes Smart Shift digital controller. From there, power is sent to a polished Mark Williams rear end. A tubular-arm IFS takes care of bumps up front while a 4-bar rear keeps the back end planted. Air Ride Tech Shockwaves are found at all four corners. Rack and pinion steering and giant Baer disc brakes with chrome rotors make driving a comfortable experience. A set of one-off Boyd Coddington wheels wrapped in Toyo rubber connect the chassis to the road. Inside a fully custom interior features beige leather on all the soft parts including the Fiero bucket seats and impressive full-length console. With over 28 awards including a Ridler Great 8, they dont get much nicer than this Chevrolet.
