 Vehicle Description
Anyone who knows fine engineering will pretty much have to agree that the V12 developed by Packard in the 1930s was about the smoothest running motor ever found in an automobile. Not satisfied with one of the best engines ever, Packard engineers patented Safe-T-Flex suspension made driving one these big cars a joy and for passengers, a dream. With chassis created ro accept fine coachwork Packard maintained its tradition of luxury and performance. Among the most respected coach builders during the Classic era was Herman Brunn & Company, which offered a catalogue of unique body styles that could be individually tailored to whatever a customer wanted, such as their design number 4087, All-Weather Cabriolet.
This particular chassis was shipped to Buffalo, NY to the shops of Brunn. A total of just four of these4 exceptional Brunn All-Weather Cabriolet were produced, and this examples hand-stamped body plate states that it was the last of an era. The current owner is the fourth owner and states
that it is one of the most enjoyable member of his collection. While it is all original and never been restored, it was treated to one correct paint and in 2010, noted Packard engine specialist Byron York, performed nearly $11,000 in mechanical work.

This is a rare opportunity to own one of the finest, most sought after of American classics Chassis # - E17082016. Please contact us.
