Eric's Muscle Cars is proud to offer this 2 woman owner and driven all original 1979 Pontiac Trans AM which is finished in bright blue metallic and complimented with a very rare combo of oyster interior. The owner ordered this car in NOV 1978 and took delivery in May of 1979 from Burdette Brothers Pontiac which is in business today. The car was ordered with a 400, 4 spd, a/c, pw, p/l, pwr trunk, am/fm stereo cassette, Fisher t-tops, and rear window defroster. Because of the car's late build, if you know the history of GM's in '79 they pulled the 400 motor and gave a factory credit to install the 305 at the factory which this car has. The car has only been serviced at Burdette Brothers with receipts since day one. The car runs and drives 100% on new BFG's with no issues whatsoever and was driven less than 4k miles a year by the owner. The a/c blows cold with R-12 and the stereo plays crystal clear, everything works ( including key buzzer and reverse lock-out ) with the exception of the clock, The trunk and mat are mint which are completed with the original jack, space-saver spare, canister, and perfect t-top bags all of which have never been used. The interior is well preserved it even has the original floor mats and the steering wheel has most of the factory grain on it. The car was repainted by the dealer in 1982 because of the poor job done at the factory, always garaged and never in the rain since. The car retains the original paint on the inside of the doors, jambs, and under the deck lid with all factory decals still in place. You will be hard pressed to find a 1-owner, unmolested, unaltered, 4 spd, t-top, with a/c in this color combo with service history ..... very nice example of a 1979 T/A .... NO DISAPPOINTMENTS
