Fully custom rebuild, top to bottom, front to back, a one-off Monte Carlo SS. Frame-off restoration. 3 owner car, always garaged. Only 485 miles on the odometer since restoration. 358 ci Chevrolet small block V-8 estimated at 425 HP. Manual transmission conversion. This car is one of kind as a manual transmission was not an option from the factory. Tremec TR-6060 6-speed manual transmission with Hurst shifter. Moser 12 bolt rear end with 33 spline axles and 3.73 gear ratio with Eaton posi unit. Wilwood disc brakes (4 piston calipers w/ vented rotors - 12 front, 11 rear). Boze Alloys ZE Series lateral-g wheels, wrapped in Nitto NT05 rubber. The fronts are 18 x 8 with 245/40R18 rubber while the rears are 18 x 10 with 295/35R18 tires. Hotchkis TVS Suspension (total vehicle system), rear drop springs to level the car, Bilstein shocks, and Spohn tubular control arms. Close ratio power steering box. Engine details include a Ron Davis Racing radiator with 2 electric cooling fans, a March Performance serpentine pulley conversion, long tube headers, QTP electric exhaust cut-outs (wired to toggle switch), and custom 2.5 mandrel bent exhaust with Borla XR-1 mufflers. The custom paint job will really turn some heads with a charcoal gray metallic, over a white ice metallic, separated by a candy orange metallic stripe. Paint design by Murray Pfaff with Pfaff Designs. Custom body work includes late model Pontiac G8 side air vents, stainless steel wire mesh used in grill and side air vents, and flush mounted door handles. A new front fascia and air dam were added along with all new glass around the car. Clear bra was installed the length of the rocker panels to protect the paint from road rash. Other body mods include new Hella euro style halogen headlights (with new wiring harness), LED park lights, blinkers, side markers, and taillights by Lambert Enterprises. While the body was off the car, the rear frame section was notched and braced to allow for wider tires, new body mounts were installed and the underside of the body was sprayed with a bedliner coating. The entire interior of car was covered with sound deadening material before the full custom black interior was installed. The seats are PROCAR Rally seats and brackets by SCAT Enterprises. Custom metal gauge cluster with Auto Meter Pro Comp Ultra-Lite gauges (backlit with LED bulbs). New Flaming River steering column (painted to match exterior gray) with Momo suede steering wheel. Custom console wired with toggle switches for power, start, electric exhaust, cooling fans, power windows and power door locks, with security key ignition. Custom embroidered floor mats by Lloyd Mats. A custom California Car Cover will also go with the car. There is no stereo installed and the trunk is also unfinished so the options are endless. This one of a kind Monte Carlo SS is in excellent condition and will really turn heads.
