This car was 100% built from the shell by the previous owner, including doing all the body and paint himself. This was his "forever" car, so the attention to detail and quality of upgrades is outstanding and far too numerous to list. There is over $30,000 in parts and labor in this car. A modern, low-mileage fuel-injected V8 out of a late model GTA Trans Am was installed, and upgraded with all new seals (no oil leaks!), new injectors, ceramic coated headers, aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, chrome valve covers and all new belts and hoses. The matching 700R4 4-speed automatic was upgraded with new seals, filters, and firmer-shifting Corvette servos and works beautifully. It has an all new custom-fitted Pypes dual exhaust system, electric in-tank fuel pump, and a 3.42 posi rear with WS6 4-wheel disc brakes and Stainless Steel Brake Corp proportioning valve. The all new front and rear suspension was lowered 2 inches front/3 inches rear with new Hotchkis springs and KYB shocks all around, and features polyurethane bushings throughout. Expensive 17x8 and 17x9 reproduction snowflakes set off the resto-mod look and are wrapped in new 275 and 285 series Nittos. This car handles incredibly well. The rust-free body was stripped to bare metal, endlessly blocked smooth, and wears a show-quality Starlight Black base/clear paint job with gold accent striping. The first class interior features all new leather upholstery, GTA front and rear seats, a new console custom fit for the B&M Quiksilver shifter, new Burt Reynolds Edition door panels with Infinity Kappa speakers, new glass all around, new door hardware, new carpet, headliner, sunvisors, rear package shelf, and a Formula steering wheel with tilt. A beautifully installed Kenwood Excelon CD/MP3 player with Ipod hookup provides the music, along with Infinity 6x9s in the back. EVERYTHING works, including the COLD A/C. You could drive this car any distance with confidence. It is easily the highest quality/most car for the money you are going to find in this price range. *****LINK TO VIDEO OF CAR HERE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgCi5B7W6YM&feature=autoplay&list=UUqpPev2kKnZRz0qa0LzT-3w&lf=plcp&playnext=1
