| 1970 Chevelle SS 454 LS6 Convertible. This is the best in the world. it is a 100 point car with all matching numbers, th car is as follows,the most sought after car today, with 454 cubic inches & 450 h.p. its a rocket,This car was restored over a 3 year period with 7 years of collecting N.O.S. parts, first the motor date coded 512 block T0312cvr dated c-09-70, heads are ls6 square port with date code c-01-70 casting #3964291 pad is T0312CVR crankshaft is steel LS6 7416 cross dtilled & chamfered,cut 10-10, new dimple rods, cam is stock LS6. motor is balanceb & blueprinted, clutch & flywheel are 11 inLS6, bellhousing is casting #3899621 jan 5 1970, shifter is hurst compitition plus, transmission is m22 4 speed date code f0a20c rear ratio was 4.11 now changed to 373 for driving abillity, carrier housing dated l229 dec 22 1969, rear axel tube # CRQ0105B2 water pump dated A-18-70 delco battery dated OB127, it is dry never filled for show only, alternator dated jan 21 70 casting #1100834, intake manifold stock low plale LS6, dist #1111500 -2b-13 exaust manifolds l-3916178--r-3909879 carburator holly #4492 casting 3969898gr smog pump dated feb-20-1970, exaust is reproduction gardner with proper crimps & resonators, also N.O.S. exaust tips & clamps, gauge pack restored by MR. Gs, stripped & re-chromed & repinted black as origional,leaving the chrome as G.M. did it,all gauges ar not restored but N.O.S. that were very expensive to buy as they are origional,the firewall is painted red oxide as GM did it, radio is am-8 track was restored by corvette specialitys with 4 speaker sound,useing stock harness by factory fit, GM origional tilt column,bucket seats were diassembled & glass beaded painted & recovered with N.O.S seat covers & padding, sound deadner used just as GM did, all interior trim was glass beaded and repainted correct mat black, seat belts are origional & restored,all glass is N.O.S. with proper date coding to pre date body, power brake booster date coded & gold iridite plated, hood hinges hood catch & hood latch are N.O.S. both door shells were media blasted & painted red oxide, all window regulators are detailed & proper bolts used, wiper motor restored & replated, all wheel wells were glass beaded & repainted correct mat black, brake calipers are date coded & powdered & rear drums also the same, gas tank is restored with correct straps, all sway bars, & suspension restored correctly,floors were done in correct black, all brake lines & gas lines are N.O.S. there are no improfections in this car, the paint is mirror finish & sanded & polished, the stripes are clear coated, all body panels are GM and nor reproductions, While the list is extensive this car is a trailor queen, if you want thew best in the world this is it, only 900 miles since completed, I have the build sheek, protecto plate & warranty booklet, and a reproduction window sticker, sorry i dont have the origional, I also have a recent appraisal for $310,000 documenting it as a origional LS6, it does not get any better than this, the car is on a lift for inspection, just inspected by chevelle expert & documented as a mreal car with the v.i.n. by heater matching the v.i.n. # with full report, buy it now for $200,000 before the market goes back up & will then sell for $300,000 plus, thanks for looking, see build sheet protecto plate & documents at www.classicsportsandtrucks.com 800-610-7395 602-820-7395 |
