1951 Ford Custom Deluxe for Sale in our Chicago Showroom. This 51 Ford has a 1953 Mercury 255 CID V8, with two rebuilt 2 brl 97 Stromberg carburetors and a newer electric fuel pump. The heads are Offenhauser, with an Eddie Meyer Tunnel Ram intake. This Custom Deluxe has a "3 on the Tree" manual transmission with a beer tapper knob, and a 12V generator with chrome cover. The body on this customized Ford has shaved door handles, electric truck lid opener, stretched 57 grill teeth, fender skirts, and true spoke wheels that have knock off spinners with Diamondback tires that have a 2 1/2 inch whitewall. The are LED lights in the grill and ground effect lighting under the car. The Baby Blue paint with Navy Blue flames is nice shape with a few chips here and there. It is an older paint job that still looks really good! The trunklid is electric and is operated from a dash switch. The spare tire on that Continental Kit is attached to the trunklid, so it moves up with the lid. This Ford has all new shocks, with adjustable Load Controller II air shocks on the back with the controls for them in the glove box. The front end has been rebuilt back in 2004.
