It was also selected by The Danbury Mint and used to create their 1957 Chevrolet Nomad Diecast model. This car is powered by a 283 c.i. 4 barrel V8 with a powerglide transmission. It has the factory radio, clock, and power steering. All of the original date coded glass was used in the restoration. The body and paint work was performed by a very talented resource. The 'gas hammer welding technique' was used for the metal work.
