Vehicle Description

A beautiful 1957 corvette: white with red coves, and fuel injected.

Well cared for, and in very good condition. Starts and runs very well. Originally a California car. We have owned the car for the last 22 years in NC. Always garage kept. Soft top and hard top. Recently in 2009, Jim Lockwood (NCRS) rebuilt and serviced the FI unit it is now ethanol blend ready. Also in 2009, we rebuilt the distributor, tuned up the engine, and replaced the windshield with correct date coded reproduction glass. AACA Senior Master Judge #82, Eric Marsh, appraised the vehicle and rated its condition 3+. Asked price is below the appraised value of $66,000. Copy of appraisal is available upon request.

Car was originally carburated, but was converted to fuel injection around 2002. Care was taken to preserve "correctness", etc.

The transmission was replaced by previous owner with an automatic, probably a Turbo 350.

Original radio was replaced by previous owner with a newer stereo system.

An after-market tachometer is in place on the steering column.

The wiper motor does not function.
