Built in 2009 loosely themed on WW2 military aviation. Car was in the World of Wheels show at the Ga World Congress Center in 2010. Extensive photo and receipt record from the build.
I am not the builder. I bought the car in May, 2011, and soon discovered it had many issues. With a passion for the car, I have spent a lot of money on it that I don't expect to ever see again. The engine has been replace with a newly built chevy 350sb from Performance Unlimited (a video on their site shows the engine dynoing at 400hp) the transmission (700R4) was rebuilt, the rearend replaced and stengthened, wiring revamped, etc. All work done by Russel's Automotive in Hampton, Ga. Total tab for engine and Russel's work - approximately $14,500.
I have driven it about 200 miles since work completion. I drive it only on nice dry days, in part because I drive it through the yard to park it in the basement (why not - the whole car is different..). Here is a video:
I'm selling it in part because I know finding a buyer for a car like this will probably be slow. Also, with all the work now done, I'm afraid my interest will drop.
The car has a Ga registration and a Texas title as a 1930 Ford Model A. Ga doesn't title old cars.
