 Vehicle Description
1969 Plymouth Barracuda for sale in the Detroit showroom. This Barracuda has a beautiful Vper Red paint job even the underbody is painted to match. The Barracuda has a 440 CID V8 with a 4 speed manual transmission, other options are 30 miles on motor since rebuilt, MSD distributer system, Walke aluminum radiator, center force clutch, hydraulict throw out bearing, Dana 60 rearend with 4:11 positraction, solid lifters cam, adjustiable rockers, heavy duty push rods, TTI exhaust with X pipe, 40 Series Flowmasters with full exhaust system, minor tub in the rear end, and new pleather interior. The new Barracuda was styled chiefly by John E. Herlitz and John Samsen.[4] It was less rectilinear than the Valiant, with Coke-bottle side contours and heavily revised front and rear end styling. Design cues included a concave rear deck panel, wider wheel openings, curved side glass, and S-curved roof pillars on the notchback. The rear portion of the roof on the fastback coupe was more streamlined, and the back glass, raked at a substantially horizontal angle, was much smaller compared with that of the previous model. Also, the use of chrome trim on the external sheet metal was more restrained. For additional information on this 1969 Plymouth Barracuda for sale in our Detroit showroom please give us a call at 313-982-3100, or visit us on the web at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
