This gorgeous creation was completed in 2005 and won Best of Show at the Good Guys Get-together in Pleasanton, CA in 2005. Top Quality Craftsmanship shows at every angle of this beautiful custom. The top was chopped 2 1/4 inches, all of the door handles, hood ornaments, and trunk emblems were removed and replaced with Unkl Al solenoids. The front bumper guards were removed and the bumper bolts were flushed. The front grill cavity was formed and grills from two 1959 Buicks were used to fill the cavity. The front bumper pan was lowered 2 1/2 inches and hand formed for a smooth appearance. Four decorative chrome teeth were used to accent the front fender scoops. Flared fenders and rockers were formed to give the car a low appearance. Tail lights were created from 1958 Mercury headlight rims with a two inch chrome inner ring. Then, perforated metal was used to give the effect of hidden tail lights and capped with a bullet. The license plate was sunken in rear and rear bumper was smoothed and modified. The color is Peaches and Cream with Gold Pearl laid over the top. Striping was done in Silver Gray. The interior was matched with Peaches and Cream Leather Seats, trimmed with Silver Gray. The front suspension was re-worked by modifying the A frames and spindles. The rear has been bagged with Air Ride Technology air bags. Wheels are Roadster Wire Wheels with TBird centers, capped with a bullet. The engine is a stock 401ci with only 48,250 original miles! This beautiful car must be seen in person to fully appreciate!
