| Motoexotica is proud to offer this custom restored 1959 Plymouth Suburban 4-door, six passenger plus wagon that has benefited from cosmetic and body on restoration and custom interior. This classic is ready for a large family or lots of friends for Ronnies Drive-in. We believe vehicle has a 361 CID V8 with 4bbl Edelbrock carb that runs great and goes down the road with no problems under the hood. This is a straight solid car that has been will kept and presents itself well. We believe the engine is a 361 CID 4 bbl Edelbrodk carb. It is a 3 speed manual on the Column- 3 on the tree. The entire interior has been restored with gray and burgundy twill that adds a lot of class to this classic. The tons of chrome looks great. The front bench seat has the middle pull down elbow rest. The Second row seating folds flat for lots for storage. It also has a Sony FM/AM CD player with extra speakers in the rear. The Horn and fuel gauge are currently inoperative. I have had this car on the road and it drives great with the newer wide white radial tires. Also the ride is smooth and solid. The 3-speed transmission and clutch shift smoothly. The car is equipped with factory overdrive. However, I could not get it to engage and may not have been doing so properly. I will look further into this but no promises. Both the brakes and steering are tight with no fading or pulling to either side. The car gets plenty of Oohs and Ahhs and a thumbs up at every stop light. This is a great driving wagon that has tons of life left in it. Pile the entire family or all your friends in it and take it to the next cruise or car show. The current mileage shows 86,703. and the VIN number is M174101723. The car is being sold on a mileage exempt Pennsylvania title. GET OUT AND DRIVE! |
