 Vehicle Description
Erics Muscle Cars is proud to offer this AWESOME 1966 Plymouth Belvedere II Convertible. She is one of 155 - 383-4bbl HI Performance Belvedere II Convertibles made.

She has the 727 automatic tranny, with dual exhaust and H pipe. The car was purchased new in Bismarck N.D.Serial # RH27G61142635. The car has had a total stripped down rotisserie restoration done some years ago. Appoximatly 10 yrs.The odometer reads 10,920 since restoration. She was restored to factory specs. see fender tag. Except for two things: 1st, the wheels, originally they were steel with dog dish caps. Now mopar Cordoba.. Painted to match body color. Tires are in like-new condition. 2nd, she originaly came without power steering. But has standard brakes all round. Mopar electronic ignition was installed...to help her start better. The front and rear bumpers and overall chrome is in very good condition. Windshield is tinted and very good condition the rest of the glass is standard and in same condition. The top is powered... in very good condition and rear window has no creases in it.Trunk is in very good condition. The paint is correct color Red Metallic #QQ1Q. In very good condition, and is clear coated. The interior color is correct red, original and reproduction, very good condition. The door panels and arm rests are original .... bench seats are reproductoin. Carpets are reproduction. Radio is factory AM Standard mopar. Works very well. Dash is reproduction and all gauges work. Glove box locks with ignition key. All in very good condition. Since I've owned her I have replaced the tail pipes, the rear brake shoes, and rear oil seals, pinion seal, the rear tranny seal, the fuel pump gasket, and the rad has been reconditioned. I bought a new reproduction antenna from Year One as well as two seat hinge covers. Also I'm going to replace the water pump with a new Mopar High Output one. The engine is correct for the car, though not numbers matching.

The Belvedere received a major restyling in 1966. It had a very square body. The fenders had a slab-like look, but were also gently sculptured, forming a full length rectangular depression panel above the bumper top level. The large front wheel opening curved up into the rectangle, but the feature line passed over the rear wheel cutout. Hardtops retained the cantilevered roof treatment with a thicker base. The Belvedere II series had its identification nameplate set a bit higher. it was adorned by a wide full- length chrome spear placed above the bodyside centerline. The lower trunk lid panel was satin finished. Carpeting; upgraded upolstery; front foam cushions; and backup lights were featured.
