1927/1928 Essex or Hudson....

1927 or 1928 Essex maybe? This one has been sitting in a pasture for way too long, its a 2 door with suicide doors.

I would'n bet the farm on this one but it sure has the trappings of a late twenties Hudson/Essex. Note the suicide doors and the three rivit heads on the(A)piller. What I don't see is the cowl lites holes on the forward portion of the cowl next to where the hood matches up.Everything else says it's a Hudson or Essex.

I think it is an Essex. I don't recall Hudson ever making a car like that

It looks like a former flowerpot, according to the remaining tree trunk. It looks like it grew on the metal, so the only way to get it off without causing major damage to the car is to burn it off. Since the salvagable parts are all metal, there shouldn't be too much harm to the car.

Wow, it's not as rusty as you might think. It still has wood in the sills. I'll bet the roof is worthless.
