1959 Chevrolet El Camino

Not exactly a Rusty Ride! In fact, I had a hard time finding any rust on this abandoned Classic 1959 Chevrolet Elcamino. I forgot to check under the hood for a possible 348??

hot56custom 1957 Ford was way behind Hudson in car trucks. The land down under had utes while GM had little take the deck lid off a coupe and install a box kit in the 30s.But guess a Ford T was a light pickup just by swapping the turtle deck for a pick up box.

All ways think of the TV show Wonder Years when I see a 59.See a lot more 59s than 60s.Guess thats the reason they dropped them till 1964 and started in midsize then.
