You see the crank caps with bolts are 2 bolt and the ones with four are 4 bolt :) Without pulling the pan it can be tough. Sometimes the 4 bolt main pans have a tear drop hold down for extra support at the rear of the pan. One on each side. But that is not necesarily a determining factor.
