No title/Reggie?
Looking to buy and register a 68 buick which has no reggie in NYS. Current owner has a valid NYS inspection sticker. I have the statement of ownership form MV-51B, Cert. of Sale for 1972 or Older Form MV-51 and the MV-82 Application for Registration. Other than a bill of sale and my own ID, what else would I need based on experience? I know what DMV web-site says BUT I don't want to get into something that just isn't going to happen. Go to DMV, get sent back for more only to find out I can't register the car.
