What is the correct seat belt installation for a 1963 2 door Impala SS?
Where do I drill the holes in the floor for the front & rear seat lap belts, does anyone know if they are pre drilled from factory? Have bucket seats in front & would like to install 3 lap belts in the rear bench seat. Does anyone have a web site I could visit for photos etc. of the belt location? Thanks Tom

I know the 61-62 Pontiac’s shared allot of the same floor pan designs, not 100% sure about the 63 Impala but attached is a photo of the 61 Pontiac seat belt installation measurements.
You may also want to look closely at the floor and see if there was any factory "Dimples" in the pan. By 63 they may have been dimpling the pans to assist dealers when they needed to install seat belts.

Not sure if this will help you out, but here are some pictures of instructions for seat belt installation on 1960 Chevy cars.
