A Friend of mine has a 1959 Cadillac Coupe De ville that Needs a lot of engine work (if not new), a New Hood (missing right now) and would need a New Paint Job since there is no paint on it right now. there is Very little Rust on it. so basicly it's just the body of the car. and would like to get an idea of what the going rate for something like that is.
