What model of buick and general era are these hubcaps?
I found these at a garage sale for a $1 and knew they were older and buick, but other than that I'm at a loss.

I believe the hub cap you have pictured here is the small cap that Buick used in place of the more expensive full disc version on the full & medium size vehicles in 1964. The 64 Chevy had the same identical cap with the exception of the "bow tie" emblem in the middle.
