I am looking to decode VIN 6K1219218 for a 1964 Buick Wildcat. convertible, model 4600/style 67.
I would also like to know if the engine block #1196914 is original to the car.

The Buick Club of America has an Adviser program which may be beneficial to contact. They have a variety of people who specialize in different models and years and they might be able to help you. Here is a link to their program www.buickclub.org/indexadviser.htm.
