i need a set of heads for a 455 olds, i just do not want the later "J" castings

heads for an Olds 455-you are right-do not use J-bad smog heads-the best for better performance would be C-would need to install hardened valve seats since they used leaded gas-next would be E--both would give you over 9 to 1 compression-mill them .30 and get a little more-good luck Jim
