Some mid 60's chevy 327 block don't have the top flange bell housing bolt tapped.
I have a 327 chevy block 3903353 dated K 26 6 that doesn't not have the top middle bellhousing flange bolt holt tapped. Anyone know why? Certain transmission?

Rcm,
The only time I can remember seeing those engines they were bolted to a powerglide transmissions.
