What is involved in swapping out a steering column?
I have a 1966 Cadillac Sedan deVille hardtop that has a standard steering column. Later on I would like to replace it with a tilt/telescoping column (if I can find one) How much work is entailed in a project like this? If it helps....the ignition switch is on the dash. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
