Is the body a 36 Studebaker or just the frame and running gear?

their are probebly 3 people in the entire country that even know what a studebaker vin plate looks like and I can guarantee none of them are fed's!!! I am not promoting illegal activity but if you have the dang title make something up and screw it on. Better yet find out the original location and the style used and make something similiar, 1936 I think all tags were screwed on correct??

You are messing with Federal Laws if you attempt something like making your vin number tag! Chance are slim you wouldnt get caught but boy if you did, the feds are involved. I would cart it down to your local inspection headquarters and have her inspected, at least shes legit.
