Chance are slim you wouldnt get caught but boy if you did, the feds are involved. I would cart it down to your local inspection headquarters and have her inspected, at least shes legit. posted:  April 2, 2008   pickeringpete      their are probebly 3 people in the entire country that even know what a studebaker vin plate looks like and I can guarantee none of them are fed's!!! I am not promoting illegal activity but if you have the dang title make something up and screw it on.
