Question about replacing tranny in my 1954 Chevy with a Powerglide.
I'm wanting to replace a the 3 Speed manual transmission in my 1954 Chevy with a Powerglide? Will I need a specific converter and flex plate to comply with the 250 engine I have, or what will work?

actually you need to know what year is the engine ? also need to know what type powerglide you want to use.with this info it won't be difficult for me to give you details.
