I recently purchased a 1967 Dodge R/T. I think I'm screwed. The Vin.# is WS23L71120088.
According to that Vin. It's a 383. There's a 440 in it now. I understand the numbers, but the S which means Special. I know that the 440 was the correct engine. What gives? There was no 383 R/T.
