the "2" indicates it is a 1972,
the "F'" indicates it was built at the Dearborn, Michigan plant
the "94" indicates it was is a Cougar Convertible (XR7),
the "H" indicates that it came with 351 cu. in. V-8 with a 2 barrel carb,
and the "509939" is showing that it was the 509,939th one built in 1972.
