Whats a 1959 El Camino worth?
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas of what a '59 Elcamino might be worth, Barn Fresh or should say "Field Fresh". This one has sat out in the dry desert for the last 20 years. Motors froze, No rust, Interior is shot. Needs full resto! I found some restored ones and also modified & tricked out ones but have not seen any rust free projects likes this? Any ideas?

Part of it will depend on motor size, options, etc. I would keep an eye on ebay. Look up www.elcaminostore.com Is this one that you have recently acquired or are looking to purchase? A 348 car or 283 car will fetch more. How's the rust? Floors? Bed? Complete? Good luck! Mark

I know the split tailights are worth some money. A buddy of mine had a set which he removed from a "RUSTY" 59, He got well over 300 for the set..

I sold a beautiful 59 with a 427, M 22 and 411 rear for $ 29,000 a few years ago. The market has softened some since then. I have a 60 on Old Ride that needs a little work but runs great.
