I have a black on tan 1979 Firebird Trans Am SE T-Tops- 403 Olds MATCHING NUMBERS all original interior. It is in need of a restoration but has a solid body, minor rust on rear quater panel. Currently the engine is seized however due to inactivity.

Unfortunately there is no blue book for these older cars. They really are worth what you can get from a buyer.
Hard to say without seeing it, but you could try looking at www.collectorcarmarket.com for a rough estimate on a price.
