Specs. for 1928 Buick Sedan
4-door, Sedan, w/3 speed manual, 6 cyl. overhead value. Do not know HP/ 75-80 hp? Is Series 115 model same?

Not sure if this fully answers your question or not but according to my Buick Standard Catalog, the standard inline six (207CU) was rated at a whopping 63HP while the inline master six (274CU) was rated at a blistering 77HP.
