I pulled the motor for a rebuild, and discovered a couple wires on the harness that have been cut off. I can't figure out where they go but (think) they may go to the backup light switch on the trans. The wires are in a wrap by themselves, the part that is there is about 3 ft long, one Black and one Orange. They come off the main Firewall loom on the pass side of the motor. The wires I know are there that are in one piece: The starter wires, the A/C wires, alternator and blower motor. So- what have I left off that comes off the firewall wiring harness? one other thing I thoiught of is the automatic choke. I am ready to go back in with the motor but want this figured out first. Any ideas? Anyone have one they can peek at and let me know?

They are not for an electric choke, the only Orange wire that I know that would be on that side of you wire loom would be going to the heater -blower motor,an orange wire is used in the cab for the brake light switch, and another orange wire with a white wire is for your dome lights. I don't have anything for a transmission back up light switch.
