The 1969 GTO's set of standard options included a 350hp 400ci engine (optional Ram Air) with chrome valve covers and air cleaner, dual exhausts, and 3-speed manual transmission with Hurst floor mounted shifter.

The Judge came with one of two available Ram Air V8s as standard equipment. A person could choose from a 366 hp or 370 hp RAM AIR V8.
