yesit will fit with no problem.if your car was a 2 b carb don't put more than a 650 holley on it or get a good new car from a dealer.i'v owned and raced many small block mopars.if you need more help email me at butch0925@verizon.net.hope this helps

The correct answer is yes if its a 1966 or later 273.The earlier 273 had a slightly different bolt angle.I've seen a lot of people waller out the holes to make the bolts go in but the bolt head still wont tighten down flat.

It will fit and works fine. Factory 340 intake does have bigger ports, but works well and will wake up the little motor; just dont want to go big of the carb, no bigger than 600 cfm, 500 would be wore reponsive. Btw, that tor-red road dunner in the box above is a twin to mine. Have fun!
