Mine, as told to me, was 1 of 200. posted:  September 12, 2012   bcfirebird      of the 7708 formulas produced in 1970 the came in a variety of colors such as butternut yellow lucerne blue buccaneer red mine is carousel red with red interior my formula is also one of 411 made for canada carousel red is not actually red but orange red on dull days orange on sunny days but getting back to your question i phoned phs they have no positive answer other than its a rare color it was popular on the 1970 gto posted:  November 19, 2012
