If they don't just "pull off" there may be a small set screw on the knob very close to the dash side. Usually a jewellers screwdriver will get it. Sometimes they are pressed on with "tangs" that hold it on and through the years dirt and junk gets in there and makes it almost impossible to get off. Here is an idea before you break something. Get online to one of the plethora of new parts places...(Little Dearborn, Year One, etc.) see if you can find a replacement knob and determine from the picture , if possible, how it comes off. Headlight switch may be set screw while radio is usually pull off. Good luck! Mark
