A lot depends on the shape of the car. How rusted etc. Is the car complete. Some buyers want every part and screw - some just want the basic stuff... body - trim? The best way is to visit Hemmings Motor News and and other car resale mag you can find. See what they are going for. There is an Oldsmobile Club you probably can locate online. ( THey meet annually in Lansing Mi.)

At the bottom... If the body is complete, all the chrome there... no major rust or damage... $1500 - regardless of the engine. If it's rougher than that then you might have to drop to $500 just depending on how rough the body is.

If it's in good shape and something a person can restore back to original... then the price goes up. If it looks like gramps just drove in it in the garage before bitting the big one then it might bring several thousand.
