Is there any information on Bel-Air '64, 4 doors, v6 out there?
- the car has been painted once
- V6, 2.5l engine
- interior renewed

it is difficult to define a market price for this car as i do not see any info on this version.
If someone can advise me in return it will be appreciated.

hi martininnl,
the reason for there being no information on this car is that there was no such thing as a v-6 in 1964. there was either a straight six or a v-8. sorry.

Here is a breakdown from Collector Car Markets Value Guide. (I think there numbers are quite conservative though!) You can also try NADA and take an average of the two.

2dr Sdn 725 2875 6000 8875 13200
4dr Sdn 425 1400 3350 5525 8200
4dr Wgn 875 2875 5775 8900 14400

Add:
327-250hp (8cyl-4V) 5%
327-300hp (8cyl-4V) 15%
409-340hp (8cyl-4V) 120%
4spd manual trans 10%
Air conditioning 10%
Power windows 3%
Deduct:
230-155hp (6cyl-1V) -15%
3spd manual transmission -10%
3spd manual trans w/od -5%
Manual steering -3%

At the very least it is probably gets good gas mileage! Just out of curiosity, what type of transmission (auto or stick)? Did you do the conversion, how much fabrication to get things to mesh up correctly?
