I want to identify what year and make of vehicle by tag on frame.
The tag in question is as follows- OMW F419918 and the omw is inside of an ovel circle on the left side of the tag. Unsure of what kind of car this is orwhat year it is. Any help would be appreciated.

a picture of wheels and profile of car would help . briggs made bodies for seberal different makes of cars from low end to some of the most expensive .
