I had a 67 Grand Prix, could not get the right answers, some said this and that will fit. I used 69 / 70 Chevrolet disc setup to convert without any modificationswith the help of a wrecking yard, the guy there had a book that show what parts were interchangable - regret selling that car

As a direct replacement, Hollander states that it is a 69 spindle only. Grand Prix is different. It does not state disc or drum. If this is a factory option, I would say that any full size 69 Pontiac, other than Grand Prix, would work regardless of disc or drum. Good Luck! Mark
