whats a 1949 Dodge standard cab truck worth ?
It was my grand fathers truck and has been in the family since the mid 60's. The truck was given to me when I was 15. It under went a ok restoration down to the frame in 1979 but needs redone again. It has sat in a garage since 1982. I replaced the engine with a 1948 one ton flat 6 with 23,000 orginal miles. I say standard cab because it only has one window in the cab unlike delux that had corner windows also. Any information would be great. Thinking of having it redone again and maybe adding 440 or Hemi and new rear end and drive train. I currently have a 67 440 short block but think a crate Hemi would top it off.
Thank you ,

depends so much on rust condition and the level of originality or restoration. If I had to venture a guess I would say in the 3K - 5K range.
Check out CollectorCarMarket.com, they have some great old truck price guides.
