I am looking for a later model radiator that will fit in my 47-54 Chevy pickup. Any suggestions?
i want to upgrade the radiator in my 1951 Chevy pickup. It has a 350 cu in V-8 in it now. There has to be a later model car or truck raditator that would be an easy fit up vs having to pay 4-500 dollars for a direct replacement. Can anybody out there help me?

There might be some options available for you by searching on Resource Directory on OldRide

One thing we did when building one of those years is took a Pacer crossflow rad and converted it to stand up the opposite way. (reason we used that was, at that time I owned a wrecking yard and it was handy) Either go to your local wrecking yard with a tape measure, or a radiator shop and borrow their book on radiators and peruse it to get some ideas.......

I found a Champion Aluminum Radiator on Ebay for my 1951 Chevy pickup for a great price. Good for a driver at a fair price. Check Ebay their might be other manufactures. Good Luck
