where do you go to look up old vin numbers
i can olny find places that want a 17 digit vin number but the two vins i want to look up are 6 and 7 digit vin numbers

I am assuming with a 7 digit vin the car is pre-1965? Most all vin sites look up newer cars and trucks, the older vins are a different ballgame.
