SURE CAN ALBIE,
CLASSIC TRK. COVERED IT IN A NUT SHELL.I'VE DONE
40'S IH KB8,49 DODGE1/2T,55 IH 3/4T,& 53 FORD F100.
THE ONLY PROB.IS POSITIVE GROUND STARTERS,HOWEVER
SINCE IT IS SO HARD TO FIND NEW OR REBUILT OVER THE
COUNTER,I HEAD FOR A REWIND SHOP FOR A REBUILD[THEY
SWITCH TO NEG-I ASK],OTHERWISE I SWITCH MYSELF IF
THE STARTER'S STILL GOOD. ALSO GO FOR BIGGER 12V BULBS.
I LIKE ONE WIRE GM ALT.'S[GET A SOUPED UP-100+AMPS,OFF
INTERNET. GOOD LUCK & TRUCKIN'
