Wonder if someone would know value 1985 C10

I am looking at a 1985 one owner C10 sub model Custom Deluxe, 4x4, A/C,cruise control, 305, auto, mileage 123,000, new tires, welded panels for rust, original motor transmission, transfer case, interior good except minor wear drivers seat, new tires. Vin 1GCEK14H9FS131253. CarFax checks out owners mileage etc, all looks clean. Everything works, don't smoke or leak fluids.

Now this looks like a nice truck and runs well. Can anyone tell me what something like this would be worth, I am thinking of buying it, but need help as the 1985 doesn't really fall into classic and isn't in any of the pricing sites like KBB.
